Green Super Food (Powdered down Cannabis leaves, available soon from Avalon Hemp Shop)

Organic Cannabis Flowers (Due to the illegal prohibition of Cannabis by the dark forces of Babylon, this product is not so easy to purchase over the counter. You could always grow your own. Optional Items:

To make a Green Juice use the Following

Greens (Cannabis leaves, Nettles, wild Grass, Kamut Grass, Kale etc.)

Celery

Cucumber

Fennel

Ginger

Lemon

Red Onion

Some form of slow speed Juicer.

Either a ‘Porkert Hand Juicer’ (Take photo from existing Website)

Or an electrical auger juicer, either a Green Life (Recommended) or Samson.

Instructions.


Soak Cannabis seeds overnight	Skim off any Floating seeds	Rinse remaining seeds
		An in line water filter is being used here

Prepare Cannabis flowers by removing flowers from stems and breaking down with fingertips.

You can use a pestle and mortar if you want a finer powder, but this can damge the THC crystals.

Put a good dose of Green super food in a jug. The yellow powder is Macca,

a Peruvian root with many claimed health benefits.

After you’ve juiced some of the greens	mix it into the green powder to make a rich dark green paste	After a bit more juicing of Greens, mix again to produce dark green liquid
