WARNING - ARE YOU A CRIMINAL ?

Due to an international conspiracy instigated by corrupt politicians and multinational companies whose sole
motivation appears to be greed, the medical, spiritual and recreational use of Cannabis is currently illegal. If you
use Cannabis for whatever reason, even if it is helping to alleviate the symptoms of an illness that modern
synthetic medicines have failed to remedy, then in the eyes of a law, you are a criminal.

CHIC therefore recommends that you should inform the authorities of your 'crime'. Better still. tell as many
people as you know to get together at a local landmark on Sunday September 28th 1997 and then all of you can
go down to your local police station. It is common courtesy to book an appointment before hand. Remember it
' not the police who introduced these corrupt, immoral laws. Many policeman, some of whom are also
criminals', want Cannabis to be legalized. Remember the police are here to protect us. not the government.

Alternatively, stop using one of the safest psychoactive substances known to humanity, stay at home, watch the
Home Shopping Channel, and start filling your life and home with endless consumer crap. You will then feel
content. Honest.
